🇬🇧 Lujaparts – Delivery, Payment and Return Terms

1. Delivery Terms

• For domestic deliveries within Finland, we use Post parcel lockers. The fixed delivery fee is €5.90.
• We also deliver within the European Union using various carriers depending on the situation. The fixed delivery fee within the EU is €20.
• Delivery time in Finland is 2–5 business days and within the EU 3–10 business days.

2. Payment Terms

• We accept online banking, credit card payments, and PayPal.
• Online banking and credit card payments are provided by Paytrail Oyj in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions.
• Paytrail Oyj will appear as the payment recipient on your bank statement or credit card bill and will forward the payment to the merchant. In case of complaints, please contact the product supplier first.
